Refund Process
Processing Timeline
This page outlines our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for all TravelPro Andaman bookings. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your package.
1 Land Package Cancellation Charges
- After booking (any time cancellation): 30% of total cost.
- 45-30 days before departure: 40% of total cost.
- 29-15 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
2 Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation charges will be applied as per individual hotel policies.
3 Cancellation Process
- Cancellation must be submitted via written email by the person who made the booking.
- Refunds will only be processed after confirmation from our team.
1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy mentioned above.
Applicable deductions will be made before refund processing.
2 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed after receiving a valid written cancellation request.
- Processing time may vary depending on service providers and payment methods.
3 Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before travel.
- No refund for unused services during the trip.
- No refund for delays or cancellations due to weather, ferry issues, or external conditions.
4 Partial Refunds
In case of unavoidable service changes, alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion.
