Welcome to TravelPro Andaman. By booking any tour package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, ferries, and services.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the travel start date.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and supplier conditions.
2 Package Inclusions
Your package includes:
- Accommodation in A/C hotels/resorts at Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island.
- Daily breakfast at hotels.
- Airport pickup and drop.
- Sightseeing and transfers in A/C vehicle (driver cum guide).
- Entry tickets, ferry tickets, and permits.
- Complimentary activities (snorkeling, jet ski, photoshoot, etc.).
- All applicable GST taxes.
3 Package Exclusions
The package does not include:
- Expenses due to bad weather, flight/ferry cancellation, strikes, or political unrest.
- Personal expenses (tips, laundry, calls, beverages).
- Meals not mentioned in inclusions.
- Optional or additional activities.
- Camera fees (still/video).
- Additional vehicle usage.
4 Travel Responsibility
We act as a travel organizer and coordinate with hotels, ferry operators, and activity providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third parties.
5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
6 Hotel & Services
- Hotels are provided as per category (Standard, Premium, Deluxe, Royal) or similar.
- Any disputes regarding child age or hotel policies must be handled directly with the hotel.
7 Validity
Packages are not valid between 15th December to 15th January.
8 Acceptance
By booking with us, you agree to all terms, policies, and conditions mentioned.
